regulations:-

made to the Imports and Exports

Office within three days after the

unloading in the case of liquors

landed duty paid and at time of

bonding or before being released

from bond whether for import or for

transfer to a licensed warehouse.

opened on the wharf or in warehouse

to witness breakage or shortage.

B. No refund for quantity less than

Packages landed at wharf

with partial abstraction of contents

should pay full duty on a whole case

unless the ship accepts responsibi-

-lity of shortage. Otherwise it may

be assumed that the whole contenta

was landed, abstractions taken place

after discharge and consequently the

liquors brought into the Colony and

liable to duty.
